Vitamins To Help Male Fertility

I was watching a video today on nutrition from a conference and the speaker was talking about how most diets fail because we fail to eat foods that are most nutrient dense with respect to vitamins and minerals.  If we ate foods that were dense in such things, we would be filled up a lot quicker and need less calories. Now some of you may be shocked at this and say that you eat meat and vegetables so what food will be superior?  However, today’s food is devoid of so much compared to the foods of old.  This is why recently I have really gotten into the dosages suggested by the Weston A. Price foundation and discovered that I can eat very little and not lose energy or muscle while I lose fat.  It is only because of the high dosages of the correct types of vitamins in the proper groupings.  As a final point, you should realize that chocolate cravings are a sign of magnesium deficiency. ;)  Load up on magnesium citrate and watch desire for chocolate go away.  You won’t eat it if it is placed in front of you.
