Male Infertility Vitamins

Since protein is an important building block of sperm, let me school you about protein supplementation because today I visited GNC searching for some of that whey protein.  Whey used to be the waste product but now thanks to the bodybuilding supplementation industry this fine source of protein has a new life.  Now if  you are getting a whey protein powder please be certain that it is “natural” which means it is sweetened with Stevia.  Stevia is the best natural sugar there is.  Nearly ALL protein powders are sweetened with acesulfame potassium, sucralose and some are even still filled with aspartame!   These things all mess up your sperm count and quality so don’t go for it.  I like Jay Robb and Optimum Nutrition has the best value but make sure you are picking up the stevia version!  Also, it don’t taste as good as Jay Robb.  MuscleMilk has a natural version that tastes the best but the fats in the mix are genetically modified so you might get the runs as your bowels reject the stuff.
