* Totally absence of any sperm (azoospermia)
* Decrease number of sperm count (oligospermia)
* Abnormally shaped sperm (teratozoospermia)
* Defects with sperm motion (asthenozoospermia)

There are dozens of conditions that can caused male infertility. One of the most common cause of this is varicoceles. It is a varicose vein that is located in the scrotum. This varicocele pools blood and casued a slight increase in temperature with in the scrotal sac, the spermatogenesis is heat sensitive causing a decrease in the amount of sperm produced and impairing a normal sperm mobility.
