Seeds of all kinds increase male fertility.  From a Chinese medical standpoint this makes a lot of sense because a seed is the source of life, just like sperm.  I was going to write “sperm and eggs” but that reminds me of my breakfast order of “bacon and eggs” and that’s kind of gross to associate the two.  Anyway, anything containing seeds will be beneficial for your quest.
